CONNECTED SYSTEMS. BUILT AROUND YOU.

Your whole workflow.Without the workarounds.

Different platforms keep promising to save you time. Meanwhile, your team is still retyping details, chasing updates and filling the gaps between tools that don’t work together.

We work alongside your team to see where things get stuck, build around the way your business works, and stay involved to help you put it into practice.

Understand first. Build around you. Stay involved.

The whole business, connected.Clients exchange requirements and updates with planning. People exchange capacity and assignments with planning. Suppliers exchange orders and resources with production. Planning feeds production, which sends work for review and records time and costs. Review returns revisions to production and sends approved work to delivery. Review also records time and costs. Delivery returns completed work to clients, and client feedback feeds review. People also contribute time and expenses. Time and costs feed accounts. Clients and suppliers each exchange invoices or bills and payments with accounts. LESS JOINING THE DOTS. MORE GETTING THINGS DONE.

Your systems should work together without relying on you to fill the gaps.

An office worker struggles to hold two broken chains while balancing a phone on her shoulder, looking at a monitor as someone offers another folder.
  • Stop copying information from one tool to another.
  • Stop hunting through emails and folders for the latest document.
  • Stop chasing updates your systems should already share.
  • Stop rebuilding the same reports, invoices and emails by hand.
  • Stop working around software that doesn’t fit the way you work.

We work alongside your team to understand the whole process. Then we connect the tools worth keeping, replace those that no longer do the job, and fill the gaps with tailored software. Each stage feeds the next.

A practical, personal approach
CONFIDENTIALITY COMES FIRST

Keep your confidential data out of AI.

Your client records. Your business information.

We will keep your confidential data out of AI models. We design, build and test your software, using AI selectively with fictional examples and briefs cleared of confidential information. Your live records are processed by the tools we build, without being sent to an AI model.

Our approach to confidentiality & AI
  • Confidentiality agreed from the start
  • Access to real data agreed in advance
  • The same care after launch

What just connected

Try changing the client name, then follow it into the quote or report. You can explore every step before completing it.

This is a working local simulation of one possible workflow. No real systems are connected, and nothing is sent, booked or charged.

UNDERSTAND. CONNECT. KEEP IMPROVING.

A better system starts
with your working day.

We take time to understand the detail, build with your team, and stay involved after launch.

Start with a conversation
01

Talk through the whole picture

We start with a call or Teams conversation: a typical job, the tools you use, where work is repeated, and what you want to improve.

02

Understand the work, alongside you

We agree the scope and cost of discovery before observing your team. Together, we map the real process, the exceptions and the opportunities.

03

Build, try it, refine it

You receive a proposal with a clear scope and price. We develop your connected system, test it on real working scenarios and help your team get comfortable using it.

04

Stay connected after launch

Ongoing support and agreed improvements help the system keep working for you. Support arrangements and any extra costs are clear from the outset.

A WORKING RELATIONSHIP, FROM THE START

A platform manager
who knows your business.

Your company will be assigned a named platform manager. They’ll get to know your people, your systems and the way work actually gets done, then work alongside you to develop, maintain and improve your platform and solutions.

You won’t be an anonymous account number. You’ll have a contact who understands the thinking behind your systems and the priorities behind your requests, with a working relationship that continues after launch.

  1. Understand your business

Learn how your team works, which tools matter and where things get stuck.

  2. Develop your solutions

Work alongside you to shape the platform, try it with your team and refine the details.

  3. Maintain and improve

Stay involved with support, maintenance and agreed improvements as your business changes.

DESIGN, OPERATIONS AND HANDS-ON IT

Good software needs
to work in practice.

I’m Mike Jackson. I started in web and graphic design, then moved into operations and administration roles in small businesses. With an IT background, I often became the person responsible for keeping their systems working too.

Across those businesses, I kept seeing the same frustrations: platforms that did lots of things reasonably well, but never quite fitted the way the company worked. Teams filled the gaps with manual tasks, while high subscription costs and poor support made it harder to improve things.

AI-assisted development now makes tailored systems more practical for smaller businesses. I use it to speed up routine development and explore solutions, while taking responsibility for the design, testing and support.

That’s why I’m building Workflow100: to understand how your business works, create software that fits, connect the tools worth keeping, and stay involved after launch.
